Bright, fully furnished 3-bedroom unit in a two-family house on a quiet Allston residential street — an easy walk to both Harvard and BU, with Harvard SEC and free Harvard shuttle a few minutes away by foot.

Room 2 is still available; Room 1 is... taken by a male PhD researcher at Harvard & room 3 by a male graduate student at Boston University.

The main floor has a comfortable common area with a couch and large smart TV, plus a full kitchen with gas stove/oven, refrigerator and microwave. Downstairs, a garden-level basement with windows and natural light adds an L-shaped desk area for 2-3 people plus a second TV/hangout space. In-unit laundry, a private backyard, and a porch round it out.

All bedrooms come furnished (bed, desk, dresser or wardrobe, lamps, mirrors), so you can move in with just your suitcase. Water/sewer and fast WiFi are included; tenants cover electricity and gas.
