The house has two apartments. The first floor apartment is for rent and has 3 rooms. One 12'X13' sunny bedroom with double size antique bed, upholstered chair and table, bureau, closet, overhead fan. Living room, 11'X11', with built in cabinet and double doors to small outside deck, two couches, coffee table, chest of drawers. Large eat-in kitchen with table and chairs, toaster oven, gas oven, microwave, refrigerator, pans, silver ware, china, etc. The kitchen has a back door to another outside deck 10'X12' with table, umbrella and chairs. Front door private entrance, owner has some chests stored in the front hall under the stairs to the second floor. These chests will remain. Front of house has a small porch for tenant's use. Large 'Somerville size' back yard for use.

The house is an 1867 victorian with limited electric outlets and old house issues. Not a "luxury" apartment. It is a well functioning unit with no frills just the basics. So far all my tenants have enjoyed the space, made it their own and called it 'home'.
