I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a beautiful fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment. The bedroom itself it also fully furnished but can accommodate additional furniture if needed. The apartment is a first-floor unit of a duplex in East... Arlington with easy access (<30 mins) to Harvard square - a short walk from the Alewife T stop (red line), Massachusetts avenue (bus line 77), Bluebikes station, and the minuteman bike path. The neighborhood is quiet and close to great parks, ponds, and paths for biking, running, and walking. The apartment has private and free washer and dryer in the basement and ample storage space. I have loved living in this neighborhood and the apartment!

The move-in date and the lease term can be flexible.

"I am originally from Turkey, came to the US for higher education and moved to Boston for a postdoc at Harvard a few years ago. After the post doc, I took a job in the industry but continue to have academic collaborations and independent scholarly work as opportunities arise.

In terms of personality and living, I love living in a clean, organized, warm, and welcoming place. I feel cozy among plants and art, most of which are made by friends. I identify as queer, love the outdoors, dabble in arting & crafting, occasionally host friends and would love like-minded folks to foster a warm, welcoming and calm household with."
