Roommate needed in modern 2-bed-1-bath, Central Square, Jul 1 move-in

Looking for a roommate to take over my current roommate's spot (Jul 1 move-in) in our modern 2-bed-1-bath 982 sq ft apartment at 10 Essex St in Central Square ( [web address removed]). Since this is just a lease takeover, you will not have to pay any... upfront fees like security deposit or broker's fee. Your share of the rent will be 2200 per month not including utilities (total rent for the apt is 4400/month). Utilities average ~150 per month (we have to pay for Xfinity WiFi and Eversource electricity). Our apartment has all modern amenities, including a Nest thermostat (central heating/cooling), dishwasher, and in-unit washer/dryer. The apartment gets great sunlight, and we have a balcony. Everything in the apartment (except your room) will be already furnished. We are super close to the T and bus stops (less than 15 min commute to Harvard). We are right next to HMart and also close to Target, Whole Foods, CVS, the police department, Amazon hub, and several restaurants and cafés etc. Our lease includes a free gym membership to VIM fitness, which is also right next to the building. I have a cat and am looking for roommates without any pets--my cat loves being around people but might not take too well to other animals. The building is a smoke-free building.
