Cute furnished room available on half- duplex in Huron Village, Cambridge.
MINIMUM RENTAL- ENTIRE semester. PLS DONT RESPOND IF LOOKING FOR LESS.
PREFER ACADEMIC YEAR RENTAL

The half duplex is fully furnished and has a fully-stocked, eat-in kitchen... and living room as well as two bedrooms.

The available bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable luxury mattress which is full-sized, bedside table, dresser and bookshelf.
The neighborhood has many cute stores, bakeries etc and Whole Food and Trader Joe's are a ten minute walk up the road. Fresh Pond is close by. The driveway which fits two cars is available for use.
The apt is a 20 minute walk to Alewife, Porter and Harvard Square. It's a 5 minute walk to beautiful Fresh Pond and near Rt.2
Two buses stop on the corner and bring you to Harvard Sq in about 7 minutes.
I am looking for someone who is quiet (my bedroom is directly next door and the sound proofing is not great.
Please be responsible and either fully-employed outside of the house or a full-time student.
While we don’t need to be best friends, I’d prefer a friendly relationship where we can talk sometimes and share a meal etc.
I’m a warm, outgoing woman, early 50s who is considerate of others and would like the same regarding consideration.
