Roomy 1 bedroom easy access Brighton/Brookline utilities, cleaning included

Large (1170 SF) one-bedroom with high ceilings and big rooms available. It's in a quiet, residential neighborhood with older apartment buildings in one direction and roomy single family houses with pretty gardens in the other direction. The street... is quiet and friendly.

The apartment consists of a large single bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower, large living room, a dining room conducive to entertaining and a roomy kitchen with new Bosch refrigerator and dishwasher and a new LG stove. Microwave as well. There's a small back balcony as well. While there isn't a separate office, there is a designated area that a bit off the main living room that includes an Uplift standing desk, large screen apple desktop and an Aeron desk chair. There's a nice collection of art and photo books if you enjoy such things.

The apartment has easy access to anywhere; close by there is a supermarket (Whole Foods or Star Market), a drug store, restaurants, cafes, running/walking trails, a large park with 6 tennis courts. A scenic 20 minute walk gets you to Coolidge Corner, which is a bigger retail area that includes our beloved Brookline Booksmith and the Coolidge Corner Theater, as well as more shops and restaurants.

It's a 15 minute walk to Boston College from the apartment, but any Boston area university is accessible either by the train (walk to B, C and D Green line trains), bike or bus. In a car, it's easy access to the Berkshires in western Massachusetts, the beaches of the north shore or south shore, Cape Cod, Newport, even New York City., which can also be accessed by train from the apartment, as can the airport.
