Soldiers Field Park Shared Apartment

Hi!

I managed to get a 3BR apartment at Soldiers Field Park in the HUH lottery. I already have a roommate, so we are looking for a third person to join us. I am an incoming Applied Math PhD student from Portugal, he is an incoming post-doc from... Italy. Feel free to contact me if you are interested!

Note that since I got the house at distance, I filled the details about the house to the best of my knowledge from the floor plan and the contract, but I am not sure about everything.

From what I understand, the apartment comes unfurnished except for the kitchen essentials (fridge, etc), so we will have to do an Ikea haul in the beginning.

The lease starts (non-changeable) on the 11/07/2026, so we will share the expenses from there. Once everything is signed, HUH will bill each of us separately. I had to pay the first month up front so I will ask you for a third of that upfront as well ($983).
