Spacious French Style Fully Furnished Apartment Next To Harvard Yard

The space has a warm, Parisian aesthetic that makes it perfect for curling up with a good book or hosting a few friends for wine and conversation.

It includes a fully automatic espresso machine that makes incredible lattes, cappuccinos, and flat...
whites with perfectly frothed milk. Honestly, it's better than most cafes around here. Additionally, it has a seven-stage reverse osmosis filtration system. There's also a SodaStream to fulfill any sparkling water or soda cravings (flavors included).

The place has a 65 inch 4K smart TV, and the fully stocked bar (which means you can mix yourself a proper cocktail without having to venture out). The walk-in closet has plenty of room for your things, and there's a dedicated study space if you need to get work done.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking real meals. You'll find quality pans, spices, utensils, a dishwasher, and a microwave. I've also left cleaning supplies and a cordless vacuum so you can keep things tidy, and there are air mattresses available if you have extra guests staying over. High-speed WiFi is included, and air conditioning is available upon request through Harvard housing.

The location is genuinely unbeatable for anyone with Harvard affiliation.

What's nearby:

Harvard University is a five-minute walk
MIT is about twenty minutes on foot
Harvard Square with all its restaurants, bars, and shops is just three minutes away
Whole Foods is a fifteen-minute walk for groceries
Metro and bus stops are right next door for easy access to all of Boston

What's included:

Fully automatic espresso machine with milk frother
7-stage reverse osmosis water filter
SodaStream for sparkling water/soft drinks
65 inch 4K smart television
Fully stocked bar
Complimentary high-speed WiFi
Walk-in closet
Dedicated study space
Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, spices, and utensils

Whether you're a visiting scholar, a prospective student checking out campus, or anyone with Harvard affiliation, I'd love to host you.
