Spring-summer sublet: Spacious 1B apartment in the heart of Cambridge

We are looking to sublet our cozy one-bed apartment from the end of the spring semester and throughout the summer. Perfect for a single occupant or a couple, the apartment gets a gorgeous amount of light as it is located on the second floor with all... south facing windows. It has a spacious and airy bedroom and living room with a sofa that can be converted into a mattress, a walk-in kitchen, and a bathroom with a full bath. This clean and uncluttered apartment comes fully furnished with mid-century Scandinavian design. All bills are included in rent price. Shared washers/dryers are located in the basement of the apartment building and can be paid per cycle with a credit card. The apartment is located in a 1930s red-brick building and is about a 15-minute walk from the bustling Harvard Square, where you can also find access to the Red Line into Boston. We are ideally looking for someone to fill the space for the entire period, however are open to shorter sublets as well. If you are interested and have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch.
