Summer sublet in One Western Ave 2B1B (also looking for the colesee)
Subletting a bedroom in One Western Ave 2B1B. You can stay from May 15th to September 15th if you are staying here for the summer.
Also, I am looking for a roommate to share this 2B1B unit in One Wester Ave. We can arrange when the lease term starts... accordingly. Usually, the lease starts from July 1st 2026, to June 30th 2027. Reminder to check your eligibility if you are interested in a 12-month lease.
Current roommate might move out by the end of May. So you can move in starting from June 1st, if you want. You can also buy stuff from him (bed frame, mattress, desk, chair, drawers, etc.)
--- Location --- Located right next to the Charles River. South-East corner on the first floor of the "Tower" part. Your room faces the East, and the dining room faces the South-East.

--- Laundry --- Communal laundry room on the first floor, which is very convenient to access.
--- Lifestyle --- Prefer someone who cleans the common area after use, the kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. Nothing crazy tho.
My bedtime is usually midnight to 8 AM. I am quite numb to the noise when I sleep, so I don't mind your bedtime. My current roommate goes to bed around 3 AM and wakes up around 10 AM, and we have never had any problem.
I am down if you want to bring your friends/guests from time to time; I will be doing the same. However, no party in the unit, please.
