Summer Sublet - Kirkland Court 3b1b Apartment - Fully Furnished - Great Location

Fully furnished room in 3b1b apartment in HUH's Kirkland Court.

I'll be away from Cambridge this summer and I am subletting my room during that time.
My two roommates are both Harvard graduate students.
Looking for someone clean and tidy who will... look after my space before I come back in the Fall.

The apartment:
- Located on the 2nd floor, with windows overlooking Kirkland St and William James Hall.
- The living room has a 55' Samsung Smart TV.
- The kitchen has a large fridge+freezer, a microwave, a gas stove and an oven.
- There is a laundry room in the basement just a short walk away.

My room:
- I'm leaving most of my furniture (queen bed + desk + chairs + bookcase + chest of drawers).
- I'm also leaving a 27'' computer monitor you are free to use.
- The room has a walk-in closet but I'll be storing all my stuff in there.

Location:
The apartment is as close as it is possible to be to the Harvard Graduate School of Design and Harvard Science Center!
Short walk to Harvard Yard, Harvard Divinity School and Harvard Law School.

Note regarding A/C:
I own a window A/C unit that I typically install in my room over the summer (for around $200 from RentMyAC). I won't be doing that this year but you are more than welcome to arrange for and pay for my A/C unit to get installed.

Construction:
The pictures show scaffolding outside of the building, but construction is scheduled for completion in early May so it should be gone by the time you move in.
