updated: $1250/mth Bedroom in shared apartment. Summer rental or longer. great location.

Great Location on the border of Somerville and Cambridge! Nice porch.

Nicely sized bedroom in shared apartment in Somerville. Furnished with desk, desklamp, chair, shelves, bed, and mirror. Has closet. Air conditioner in room. Sheets and hangers...
available, small air purifier in room, window shades installed.

I rented this space for the school year and have left for the summer. I do not plan to return in the fall. I am seeking someone to sublet the room for the summer until my lease ends. If you would like to continue to live there into next school year, you can discuss further with the landlord.

My preference is a subletter for all of June, July, and August, but I will consider stays as short as 8 weeks.

Utilities are covered in the $1250/month rent - electricity, heat, water, internet.

The apartment is on the third floor with a porch that overlooks a small parking lot behind the building. Parking costs an additional $150/month and can be rented from the landlord.

This apartment is in an excellent location in Somerville. The 109 bus is a short ride to Harvard, or one can walk to the yard in 20 minutes. The apartment is also a 10-15 walk from both Inman Square and Union Square.

There is laundry available next door, but the residents in this apartment tend to do laundry one block away at a nearby laundromat. Whole foods is a short 5 minute walk away.

There are two permanent male roommates (a phd student and a researcher), one woman who works out of her room during the week, and a female graduate student. There are TWO FULL bathrooms.
