Shared 3 bedroom apartment

Hello everyone, my name is Damien, I am a French postdoctoral researcher in genetics at Harvard. My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate for our 3 bedroom apartment located at 7 Newport road in Cambridge, which is less than a fifteen... minute walk from Harvard. The total rent is $4300 per month for the unit

About me: Most days I will be working in the lab and coming home in the evening. But I will be more than happy to hang out more on the weekends. I love animals and biology, of course, but I also love languages, especially Romance languages, and Mediterranean culture, especially Portugal and Spain. So I will be more than happy to do language exchanges with Portuguese or Spaniards! But everyone and every culture is welcome.


If you have a cat or other small animals, they are also welcome.
About the apartment, it is on the ground floor, one bathroom, laundry available in the basement. No AC but ceiling fans in every room.

Approximate Utility Cost: 50 dollars for internet and 150 for electricity for the unit
