This is the perfect respite for a visit to the Boston area, particularly for those looking to stay in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the academic and cultural institutions nearby. The T stations at Harvard and Porter Square provide easy access downtown in under 30 minutes.

LIVING/SLEEPING AREA
Full/double size bed that can sleep two people, with linens provided.
Desk, small bureau and closet nook.

KITCHEN
Kitchen includes double-farmhouse sink, refrigerator/freezer, washer and dryer (detergent provided), microwave, toaster, electric tea kettle, silverware, cutlery, glass and dishware, pots and pans; French coffee press.

BATHROOM
Bathroom has a shower; towels and hairdryer provided.

PARKING
On-street parking is available for tenants staying for more than a month; tenants need to apply for their own parking permit, which requires proof of Somerville residency. Given easy availability of bike share, transit, and walking to campus, we recommend going car-free.

HOUSE RULES
- No smoking in the house or on the property.
- No parties or pets; please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise low at night.
- Please remove shoes in entryway; we provide guest slippers.
- We keep a meat-free household and ask that guests avoid cooking meat/fish in the house.
- No backyard access; back door for emergency exit only.

Bike rental - Blue Bikes offers easy rentals, with two stations within a 5 min walk. Rent there and drop off by your destination.
